Apa yang ada dalam kepala anda?

Budak-budak memang suka bermain. Tapi, jangan biarkan mereka terlalu seronok sampai "lupa daratan" . Kalau mereka main "terover", lekas-lekas hentikan atau mencelah dengan nasihat. Memang leceh sikit, dan mengambil masa kita. Sabar pula nak kena tinggi. Bukan apa, kalau dah jadi hal seumpama ini, kita juga yang terima padah. Benda dah berlaku bukan boleh ulang balik. Biarlah dia menangis kejap pasal kena tegur, daripada kita menangis sebab kemalangan yang menimpa mereka kerana kecuaian kita!!!!

Haaaaaa.... banyak duit syiling kan!!! Macam tabung syiling dah rupa dia. Ni la kerja anak-anak kalau kita tak perhatikan betul-betul apa dia buat. Anak-anak memang kreatif, tapi kalau dah tahap macam ni, dah melibatkan kos pulak!

Apa pun, jangan dok dibedal anak-anak yang "kreatif" tu. Mereka ni cuma tak jelas lagi mana mainan, mana yang tak boleh buat main. Gunakan cara paling berkesan dalam "menangani" anak-anak kita. Bagi ibu-ibu pula, tegur salah anak! Jangan membebel dan berleter atas kesalahan anak. Lain tu! Lagi satu.... jangan BERGADUH dengan anak!!! Nanti anak kurang respek! Ingat tu... :D

Saya cuma teringat sebuah hadith Rasulullah S.A.W ;

إِنَّهُنَّ مَسْئُوْلاَتٌ مُسْتَنْطَقَاتٌ

“Sesungguhnya jari-jari itu akan ditanya dan akan berbicara.”

(HR. Tirmidzi)

Dari Abdullah bin ‘Amr radhiyallahu’anhu, ia berkata, mafhumnya ;

"Aku melihat Rasulullah Shallallahu’alaihi wa sallam menghitung bacaan tasbih (dengan jari-jari) tangan kanannya.’”

(Hadits Shahih, riwayat Abu Dawud no. 1502, dan at Tirmidzi no. 3486, Shahiih at Tirmidzi III/146 no. 2714, Shahiih Abi Dawud I/280 no. 1330, al Hakim I/547, al Baihaqi II/253).

Tidak ada dalil shahih yang menerangkan bahwa Rasulullah S.A.W berzikir menggunakan subhah (kalung biji-bijian).

Di masyarakat kita disebut tasbih karena digunakan untuk bertasbih.

Menurut Abdullah bin Amr bahwa Rasulullah S.A.W menghitungnya dengan tangan kanannya bukan dengan kedua tangannya (kanan & kiri).

Terdapat banyak nas yang tidak menyetujui penggunaan alatan untuk bertasbih atau berzikir. Antaranya :


Dari Aisyah, yaitu ketika melihat seorang wanita dari Kulaib yang menghitung dzikirnya dengan bijian. Aisyah berkata: "Mana jarimu? (Diriwayatkan oleh Ibnu Abi Syaibah dalam kitab Al Mushnaf, no.7657, dalam sanadnya terdapat jahalah (orang yang tidak diketahui))


Dari Abdullah bin Mas’ud, dari Ibrahim berkata : "Abdullah bin Mas’ud membenci hitungan (dengan tasbih) dan berkata: Apakah mereka menyebut-nyebut kebaikannya di hadapan Allah? (Diriwayatkan oleh Ibnu Abi Syaibah dalam kitab Al Mushnaf, no.7667 dengan sanad yang shahih)


Dari Ash Shalat bin Bahram, berkata : Ibnu Mas’ud melihat seorang wanita yang bertasbih dengan menggunakan subhah, kemudian beliau memotong tasbihnya dan membuangnya. Beliau juga melewati seorang laki-laki yang bertasbih menggunakan kerikil, kemudian memukulnya dengan kakinya dan berkata: Kamu telah mendahului (Rasulullah) dengan melakukan bid’ah yang dzalim, dan kamu lebih tahu dari para sahabatnya. (Diriwayatkan oleh Ibnu Waddaah Al Qurthubi dalam kitab Al Bida’ Wa An Nahyu ‘Anha, hlm.12 dengan sanad yang shahih. Juga ada inqitha’, karena Ash Shalat tidak pernah mendengar dari Ibnu Mas’ud)


Dari Sayyar Abi Al Hakam, bahwasanya Abdullah bin Mas’ud menceritakan tentang orang-orang Kufah yang bertasbih dengan kerikil di dalam masjid. Kemudian beliau mendatanginya dan meletakkan kerikil di kantung mereka, dan mereka dikeluarkan dari masjid. Beliau berkata: Kamu telah melakukan bid’ah yang dzalim dan telah melebihi ilmunya para sahabat Nabi.
(Diriwayatkan oleh Ibnu Waddaah Al Qurthubi dalam kitab Al Bida’ Wa An Nahyu ‘Anha, hlm.11 dengan sanad yang shahih. Juga ada inqitha’, karena sayyar tidak pernah mendengar dari Ibnu Mas’ud)


Dari Amru bin Yahya; dia menceritakan pengingkaran Abdullah bin Mas’ud terhadap halaqah di masjid Kufah yang orang-orangnya bertasbih, bertahmid dan bertahlil dengan kerikil. (Riwayat selengkapnya, lihat sunan Ad Darimi, Kitabul Muqaddimah, hadits no.206. Juga disebutkan dalam Tarikh Wasith, Aslam bin Sahl Ar Razzaz Al Wasithi. Syaikh Al Albani menshahihkan sanad hadits ini dalam As Silsilah Ash Shahihah, hadits no.2005)

Adapun yang membawa masuk alat tersebut ke dunia Islam dan yang pertama kali memperkenalkannya ialah kelompok-kelompok tariqat atau tasawuf; disebutkan oleh Sidi Gazalba sebagai hasil kombinasi pemikiran antara Islam dengan Yahudi, Kristen, Manawi, Majusi, Hindu dan Budha serta mistik Pytagoras. Wallahu'alam!

Adakah salah menggunakan alatan tasbih?

Tak salah. Tak timbul pula ia adalah perkara bid'ah yang perlu dijauhi. Masyarakat kini menggunakannya kerana masa mereka yang sangat terhad. Mereka perlu meletakkan target jumlah zikir atau tasbih yang mereka perlu capai setiap hari.

Cuma menurut pandangan saya, perkara terpenting yang perlu diberikan keutamaan semasa bertasbih atau berzikir ialah KUALITI bertasbih atau berzikir kita. Sebaliknya KUANTITI adalah perkara kedua.

Semasa bertasbih atau berzikir, hati perlu sepenuhnya tulus kerana Allah semata-mata. Memuji dan mengagungkanNya tanpa ada bayangan-bayangan lain yang mengganggu. Tanpa memikirkan perkara-perkara yang tidak ada kaitan dengan ibadah itu. Amat merugikan jika banyak bilangan tasbih yang kita rekodkan, tapi sambil lewa dan tidak ada hati... ia menjadi sia-sia, malah dikhuatiri tidak diterima dan mempermainkan pula.

Penggunaan jemari bukan sahaja menamkan rasa fokus yang tinggi, malah jemari yang rajin bertasbih menjadi "lembut" ruas-ruasnya. Malah ia adalah sunnah yang perlu diikuti. Tentu ada hikmah yang tersembunyi disebalik penggunaan jemari semasa bertasbih.

Gajet baru yang dicipta terkadang terlalu canggih. Sehinggakan timbul rasa riak dalam hati kerana memiliki gajet yang belum dimiliki oleh orang lain. Dalam hal ini, ibadah yang disertai penyakit hati, dikhuatiri tertolak dan sia-sia. Hmmm, yang cipta alatan tersebut pula bukan orang Islam...hmmm...

Marilah kita rajin-rajin bertasbih dan berzikir dengan hati yang ikhlas. Moga ia menjadi ibadah yang diterima dan menghadirkan ketenangan dalam hidup kita.

TECHNOLOGY : World first GPS goggles

A coming together of sports lens developer Zeal Optics and display innovator Recon Instruments has managed to successfully squeeze both GPS technology and head-mounted display into a set of ski goggles named Transcend. A tiny computer gathers information from a number of onboard sensors and provides location, speed, altitude and temperature information to the wearer via a micro-LCD display inside the goggles. The image from the display is then virtually projected so that it appears out in front of the user.

In addition to being touted by Recon and Zeal as the world's first GPS-enabled skiing goggles, the Transcend eyewear also provides the wearer with live performance information and details of the surrounding environment. A head mounted micro-LCD display inside the goggles shows real-time speed, altitude, vertical odometer, distance, location and temperature as well as keeping track of the time and having a stopwatch and chronometer mode.

The optical system designed by Recon Instruments has been likened to the dashboard of a sports car and made to appear as though it hangs about six feet in front of the user. Your first thought might be that the last thing you need mid-boost are performance stats blocking out your landing, but the designers say that the "optics are completely non-obtrusive for front and peripheral vision."

Recon has produced a promo giving an overview of the kind of things on offer, which is worth a watch:

To the side of the Transcend goggles are a threesome of nice, big, glove-friendly buttons to control the kind of information shown. There's also a USB port to enable users to download trip stats to a computer or laptop and to charge the Li-ion battery, which is said to give seven hours between charges. The goggles weigh 257 grams (9 ounces) and come shipped with a protective hard case, lens cleaning bag and a charger with European and North American adapters.

Showing off an epic journey to friends is given a more impressive twist with the ability to overlay Google Maps onto stats and highlights courtesy of Recon HQ software. Any particularly impressive snippets can be uploaded to Recon's new online portal and shared with the world – or at the very least, family and friends.

There will be two Recon/Zeal Optics Transcend lens options available at limited release launch on October 10. The option with an SPPX polarized and photochromic lens – which auto adjusts to changing light conditions – carries a retail price of US$499. Said to reduce glare by 99 per cent, coming with built-in anti-fog technology and benefiting from a wide vision frame, the goggles featuring an SPX polarized lens are priced at US$399.

You can do all that and more with Ingineo's Eyetop Centra - high-tech sunglasses with a built-in 16-bit color LCD screen and integrated earplugs that give new meaning to the term 'private screening.This US$399 pair of sci-fi shades incorporates its miniature screen in the lower centre of one lens, enabling wearers to comfortably watch the multimedia action while simultaneously staying in touch with their surroundings.Earplugs attached to each side deliver the audio feed without the need for separate headphones.The frames attach to a belt-worn control unit that in turn can connect to virtually any device equipped with a video output, including portable DVD players, digital cameras and camcorders, laptop computers, and multimedia hard drives.

Plug it all in, and the images are fed to the Eyetop Centra screen for mobile viewing. Eyetop claims the screen can be viewed in both dark and daylight environments and there's a large degree of adjustability in the frames to enable optimum viewing angles. The frames are foldable and include an adjustable nose pad for proper vertical positioning. The optics assembly can be easily rotated to adjust to the center of the wearer's eye for maximum viewing comfort. Brightness, contrast, hue and saturation controls are on the control unit.

Some of the suggested uses of this new functionality include; watching TV in your backyard by connecting to a wireless TV tuner; using the Centra as an external viewfinder to record odd angles with your camcorder; watching a video in a bus or car without missing the scenery; allowing multiple users to videoconference in the office from a single laptop.Eyetop Centra also has application for hobbyists. Small-scale model car or aeroplane enthusiasts can use it to see the view from their vehicles' cameras and watch the live action at the same time, instead of averting their eyes to look down at an LCD screen.

TECHNOLOGY : CoolWare Personal Cooling System

While a special someone blowing on the back of your neck is likely to get you hot and bothered, the CoolWare Personal Cooling System uses a similar technique to do just the opposite. Constructed from anodized aluminum, the device is designed to sit around your neck and blow water-cooled air to help you beat the heat when you can't get inside to some air-conditioned comfort. Looking like it might have been designed by the same folks responsible for Geordi La Forge's visor on Star Trek, the CoolWare could be a slightly cooler than clipping a solar powered fan to your hat.

The CoolWare features two refillable chambers within the arms that store two ounces (57 g) of water that cools air drawn in from the front that is then directed out onto the back of the wearer's neck. The device's inbuilt motorized fan is powered by a single AA battery and has two power settings that can be selected on the rear of unit. There are also two padded neck cushions made from anti-bacterial fabric either side of the device that are designed to ensure the it sits comfortably on your neck.

Under constant use, the water reservoirs will need to be refilled every two to four hours depending on the temperature, and the manufacturer recommends using distilled water and adding a drop of liquid detergent every now and then to keep the device operating optimally.

The CoolWare Personal Cooling System apparently works best in conditions below 70 percent humidity. It is available through The Sharper Image for US$49.99.
